2022 — The Beginning
Our journey began in 2022 with Greeny City Services, founded by Chetan Kumar H.
With a simple vision and a customer-first approach, the business started by accepting delivery requests through WhatsApp and phone calls. Orders were handled manually, with a strong focus on understanding customer needs and ensuring that every delivery reached the right place.
What started as a simple local service gradually built trust within the community.

During the challenging COVID-19 period, getting essential products and services became difficult for many people. This was a crucial time for communities everywhere.
Greeny City Services stepped forward to support people by helping them receive essential items through doorstep delivery.
This experience became an important part of our story and strengthened our belief that delivery is more than transporting a product—it is about helping people when they need it most.

As the business continued to grow, we realized that traditional ordering through calls and WhatsApp could only take us so far.
